Ordering & Shipping
Ordering
We ship double fans or larger. The plants will be freshly dug with foliage and excess root trimmed. Planting instructions will be sent with your order. The plants are guaranteed to be true to the registered name, but if a mistake is made we will replace it with the correct plant and if possible identify the original.
All orders must include full payment by cheque, money order or internet transfer to reserve plants. Shipping charges for the first 5 plants are $15.00 for Ontario and Quebec and $24.00 for the rest of Canada. Add 1.00 for each plant over 5 ordered. Please calculate taxes on the cost of plants plus shipping according to your province. HST or GST.

We also accept email orders. The plants will be reserved for 2 weeks pending receipt of payment.
Bonus Plants
For plant orders of $50.00 or more of full price plants, (excluding postage and tax) we will include bonus plants or if you prefer, additional fans of the plants you have ordered. Bonuses do not apply to sale plants.
Shipping
Shipping is by EXPEDITED POST. This will begin as soon as the plants are growing well in the spring from early May through June. We will also ship throughout the summer for later orders as plants will usually do well if planted by early September. If you prefer to have your plants arrive at a specific time please make a note on the order form and we will try to accommodate you. Do not include shipping charges if you will be picking up your plants at the farm.
U. S. Shipments
We will no longer be accepting shipments to the US.
Substitution and Bonus plants.
We will only substitute for plants which are sold out if you list an alternate choice on the order form. A refund cheque will be sent with your shipment if we are unable to supply your choice.
Please include a list for bonus plants.
